📦 Shipping Policy

At SARE8VO Jeans, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely:

• Delivery Timeframe Orders are processed and shipped via our third-party logistics partner. Expect delivery between 10 to 18 business days from shipment.

• Tracking Your Order You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Responsibility During Transit We are responsible for your items until they're marked as delivered. After delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

• Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit and not marked delivered:

  • Contact us ASAP at support@sare8vo.com

  • We'll investigate and either reship or refund your order.

• Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

❌ Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the exclusive, limited edition nature of our pieces:

• All Sales Final No refunds once an order is placed. Review your cart carefully before checkout.

💥 We’ll Cover:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos + your order number. We’ll reship or refund the item.

• Lost Packages Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we’ll reship or issue a full refund.

• Returned Packages Unclaimed or undeliverable packages are held for 30 days. You may choose to reship the order.

🛑 We Don’t Accept:

• Sealed Goods Items like face masks can't be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Buyer's Remorse / Sizing Issues Since products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or personal preference.
